GUESTROOM RATE
Standard Room: $149 CAD net (1 King/Queen or 2 Twin beds) based on single/double occupancy per room per night, plus 15.74% applicable taxes.
Deluxe Room: $169 CAD net (bigger room with 2 Double beds, a wetsink and a mini fridge) based on single/double occupancy per room per night plus 15.74% applicable taxes.
Additional $20 per additional triple and quad per night, plus 15.74% applicable taxes. Please note that the hotel allows a maximum of 4 people per Deluxe Room and a maximum of 2 people per Standard Room.
The above rates will be honored up to three days prior and three days after their visit on an availability basis for those guests wishing to extend their stay.
GUESTROOM RESERVATIONS POLICY
Please quote "GAMENETS 2012” at the time of booking in order to benefit from discounted rates. Please note that Gamenets 2012 room hold will be valid up to 30 days prior to the conference starting date. Additional reservations received after the release date will be subject to space availability and not necessarily at the above quoted rate. Upon reservation, certain types of rooms are subject to availability. Upon reservation and check-in, you will be asked to provide credit card information to guarantee the booking. There will be no penalty for any individual room cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.
