  2. Check if the pdf file is IEEE Xplore compatible:

    • Please see http://css.paperplaza.net/conferences/support/pdftips.php for creating pdf files.
    • AFTER creation of the PDF file, please check it for IEEE Xplore compatibility.
In order to do this, follow the instructions at the IEEE PDF eXpress site: www.pdf-express.org
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: gamenets09x

  3. Sign the copyright form and fax or email to Hitay Ozbay:

In order for a paper to be included in the proceedings, the IEEE Copyright Form [PDF] must be filled out and its scanned PDF version or fax must be sent to the Publications Chair, Hitay Ozbay, (e-mail address: [email protected] ; fax number: +90-312-266-4192).

  4. At least one author of each paper should be registered as a full participant (not as a student):

At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the Gamenets09 at full rate to have the final manuscript appear in the final proceedings. If an author registers at reduced registration rate (student), that registration cannot be used to include the final paper in the proceedings.

At least one of the authors listed on the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the scheduling decided by the conference's Technical Program Committee.

  5. Submit the paper via EasyChair by uploading it as a "new version":

Follow the link to the EasyChair submission page, choose your accepted paper from "My Submissions" menu, and select "Submit a new version" from the menu on the right hand side of the page.

Again, the final submission deadline for all papers is March 31, 2009.
